Antione is committed to working with organizations of all sizes and in all industries to help them use the data contained with their organizations to achieve real change. His data-oriented approach stresses the use of facts to achieve the successful accomplishment of strategic priorities of any company through focusing on HR optimization. Most organization challenges are in some way related to people challenges. 

He founded Datafied People Analytics Solutions in 2020, after recognizing how few organizations tap into the crucial business data within their organizations that can lead to real and significant business improvements. With his rare background, Antione brings to bear his more than 25 years of human resources management experience as well as his research and analytical skills from his Ph.D. background to provide specialized and unique approach to HR consulting. 

With his rare combination of competencies, a background rarely found in HR professionals, Antione serves as the point person for all engagements and manages the firm's client relations, service agreements, and operations. He also coaches and advises business leaders at all levels, develops and recommends impactful business/HR strategies and provides data-centric client solutions. His expertise includes strategy, statistical data analysis, organizational development, employee relations, DEI, and the full range of HR operational activities. He is motivated by opportunities to ‘look under the hood’ of organizations to see where their core business data leads related to organizational improvement.

From 2000 to present, Antione has served in Sr. HR Leadership roles in the greater Washington Dc area. He holds a Ph.D. in Personality Psychology from the University of Michigan. He is also both SPHR and SHRM-SCP certified. Antione has also received a certification from Georgetown University in Organization Development, as well as certifications from the Academy for the Innovation of Human Resources in both Data Analytics and DEI.

Kim Bailey is an HR professional with over 20 years of progressive experience in human resources management solutions for both profit and nonprofit organizations across a variety of industries. Her professional experiences include executive level management, strategic program management, training/employee development, organizational development, and employee relations in organizations from 25 -35,000 employees. 

In her role as the Sr. Director Human of Resources, she is responsible for executing on both a strategic and tactile level managing the full cycle of human resources. In addition, she has served on numerous project steering committees, and held the roles of project lead and functional consultant. She is also an adjunct professor at the Prince George's Community College where she teaches in the Hospitality Management Department.  Mrs. Bailey holds certifications as a Professional Human Resources (PHR) since 2006, SHRM-SCP designation (2015). 

Mrs. Bailey has a BA degree in Speech Pathology & Audiology from CUNY Brooklyn College and a MA in Human Resources from Bowie State University and in the process of completing a certification in Executive Diversity Coaching. She resides in Bowie MD with her husband and two children. Mrs. Bailey is currently the Senior Director of Human Resources at APHSA in Arlington, VA.
